People on welfare need to get a job and all those ones who have all the kids they souldn’t have had so many kids and give them up for adoption. i don’t pay taxes because I’m only 14 but my mom shouldn’t have to work 12 hours a day from 5am to 5pm just to have some money out of her pay check taken out to help some lazy asses who won’t get off the damn couch.

yeah i totally agree. i was at the grocery store a few months ago behind two women who bought about $ 150 worth of groceries on food stamps. when i got out of the store, i saw them unloading their groceries into a brand new BMW sports car.
it makes me upset to see ppl who probably have to lie out the ass to get those food stamps who obviously don’t need it. either that or they don’t know how or where to spend their money.

Yes it does make me mad to see someone use the system and take from someone else when they don’t have to….I also hate to see people taken advantage of when they offer their hospitality or help to someone who is down on their luck…..I have no problem helping someone out until they are able to get on their own two feet….But when it comes to downing people who have no choice but to turn to “Welfare” for help…Don’t be too quick to judge until you walk in their shoes…You never know until something happens to you!…

I don’t blame you for ranting, dear. You have people who take advantage of government subsidies and get away with it. On the other hand, for folks who really need assistance, they’re mistreated because of the people who abuse the welfare system. When I needed assistance 3 years ago, I was treated horribly. Then I decided to buck the system and get back on my feet by going to school and getting my certifications. I’m working and thinking about going back to nursing school and finishing. Keep up the wonderful work that you’re doing, dear. Don’t let a few bad apples spoil the whole bunch!

I know of several so called “sick” people who not only claim all hand outs that are given, but also boast about it. I am a pensioner and have worked all my life, paid my taxes and in return have never claimed benefits, even when at times I have been destitute. I’m either stupid or it is just pride that gets in my way. I have no time for wasters when there are genuine people out there that need help. It is not who you know but what you know. One chap I know gets all handouts there are, has a immobility car. He supposed to be suffering from a bad back yet he goes fishing quiet a lot and carries heavy fishing tackle around with him when he walks to the river, he sits there most of the day. He is also working by doing odd jobs, which I’m certain he doesn’t tell the authorities concerned. It makes me sick.
